Location: Home based with travel throughout London and the South East, plus occasional international travel

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to deliver a high quality and professional employee relations service to our clients, by conducting complex workplace investigations and ER activity in the UK and internationally when required.

With a commercial approach to your work, you will visit a variety of clients on site in London, the UK and occasionally internationally where required to support with a range of employee relations issues. You will case manage processes from start to finish on behalf of our clients, including grievances, disciplinaries, capability, performance management and absence management processes in order to effectively resolve cases while managing risk.

The Person:

You will have experience of operating as an ER or HR advisor/manager/business partner, with proven experience in advising management on a wide range of employee relations issues, managing complex case work and carrying out workplace investigations.

With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to adapt your style to a variety of clients and to develop lasting relationships. With excellent employment law knowledge, you will have the confidence to build trust quickly, and influence and manage key stakeholders.

A CIPD level 5 qualification would be desirable, as well as experience of working within an HR consultancy or client services environment.

A full clean UK driving licence is a must as is a willingness to travel throughout London, the UK and occasionally internationally. You will be comfortable in using a range of IT systems and proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
