The Company:

Torridge Occupational Medical Services has been providing occupational health services to a wide range of industry sectors and local authorities for over 30 years, including workplace assessments and return to work support, statutory medical examinations, health screening and psychotherapy. The Role:

The role involves 3 days on site cover with a possibility of increasing further.  

This is an interesting and varied opportunity working within industry undertaking health surveillance (audiometry, spirometry, vision, skin etc) and promoting health and wellbeing at work predominantly within the North Devon area.

This is an interesting and varied opportunity for someone who has some primary care experience and has an understanding and interest of an Occupational Health Service.

Full specialist training will be given including attending external accredited courses and with a view to developing the role further.

The Person:

Being a people person, you’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to relate to individuals at all levels and remain confidential at all times. You take pride in your work, with the ability to manage your own workload in a methodical and efficient manner. With good literacy, numeracy and IT skills, you have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

A clean driving licence is required as you may on occasion be required to attend client premises.

We would welcome applicants with a clinical background preferably RGN or HCA with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
